What.
Dean Steel was established in 2001 predominantly to fabricate structural steel for larger construction companies for commercial buildings and multi-storey apartment and office buildings.
Who.
Our highly skilled workforce comprising of time served tradesmen allows us to take on the more complicated jobs that offer an opportunity to separate us from other more production based fabricators.
How.
We have a very well equipped workshop; although small it is very productive. Our plant includes an automated beam line which cuts and drills beams.

Profile Cutting.
We have the latest plasma cutting technology with bevel cutting capability, suitable for cutting of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium up to 50mm thick.
Shop Detailing and Drafting.
Dean Steel can produce a complete set of fabrication drawings, including part, assembly drawings and site layouts in 3D and 2D.
Supply: Fabrication and Structural Steel.
Dean Steel can offer everything from supply only, supply only fabricated steel and supply.
Supply: Precast Panel Brackets and Cast in Plates.
Dean Steel can manufacturer and supply all precast components from cast in plates to hangers to panel brackets.

Dean Steel can offer full design fabrication and installation of a wide variety of concrete moulds, be it one off or a mould for years’ worth of pours.

Dean Steel can offer site installation of structural steel, certified welding and installation / modification of concrete moulds.
